At Maximum Vintage, we value our customers just as much as the timeless pieces we collect. Below you’ll find helpful information on ordering, shipping, sizing. Everything you need for a seamless vintage shopping experience.
We are based in the beautiful township of Eumundi, Queensland, and we ship Australia-wide.
Orders & Processing Times
All orders are carefully packed within 2 - 3 business days.
Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with full tracking details and signature on delivery.
Shipping Information
Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): 5 - 7 business days via Australia Post. Flat rate $12.95 includes tracking.
Local Pickup: Free collection is available from our Eumundi shop. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we will email you to arrange a pick up time.
Please note, we take no responsibility for items damaged or lost by Australia Post or International Postage Carrier.
Sizing & Garment Fit
Every vintage piece is one of a kind, which means sizing can vary.
We include detailed measurements in every product listing. If you’re unsure of sizing, please drop us a message. We are always happy to help.
Returns & Refunds
Because each vintage piece is unique, we do not accept returns for change of mind or fit. We kindly ask that you review all measurements, photos and condition notes before purchasing.
Every item is inspected thoroughly with any major faults noted in the item description.
